Earth Day Clean-up and Lunch

April 30, 2011 - Saturday - 9:00 a.m. until noon. City Hall. Please contact the City Clerk's office at 762-2222 to inform them how many individuals are planning to participate in the cleanup. Lunch will be served at SM Senior Center to all volunteers following the clean-up.

Memorial Day Parade
The Memorial Day Parade will assemble at Divine Mercy's 13th Avenue Parish (St. Mary's) Catholic Church at 13th and Manitoba Avenues at 9:30 a.m. on May 30, stepping off at 10:00 a.m. and ending at the Veteran's Memorial Park on 10th Avenue.

FOOD & REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE IN THE BROWN PAVILION

Food will be served by the South Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce.
Refreshments will be served by the Old Fashioned Christmas Committee.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PARKING LOT ON THE EAST END OF AREA 5 WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE DAY AS FIREWORKS WILL BE SET UP AND SHOT FROM THIS AREA.

Community Night Out
On August 10, 2011, the South Milwaukee Police Department once again will host the Community Night Out. Hundreds of people will attend the festivities, play games, learn about safety, and enjoy a good meal. The Community Night Out is a great chance for citizens of all ages to meet the various public safety workers in their community. Hope to see you on August 10th from 5-9pm.
